Weird Share Price Decline

Someone explain why the price declined?!!? I don't understand how a company with very stable assets and a stable business is going downward??? Is it just because its going down people are selling. A self inflicting prophecy? I expect a good quarterly release. Is there secret information out there that we don't know about? Its under the book value. Therefore the assets are very attractive.
