You guys read way too much into things. The words "until", suspends", etc.  It doesn't matter a bit if the offer is suspended or cancelled, it is no longer in effect. Yes it might be reinstated but my bet is IF it is reinstated it is not coming back at $0.12, it would be at a lower price.  "Until" the BOD cleans their house means we could be waiting a VERY long time.
