The other day over at over  IPUMP the gang was talking about a dividend from the sale of properties TWP and KC in the area of 2 dollars. Really. So rather then a suitor buying this company for 20 or 50 million which is still ridiculous, a suitor is going to spend 400 or 500 million to buy these properties ONCE CD hits the hnge or the elephant

 

I got news for the dreamers out there. I found it peculiar that CD was mining so deep at the beginning when money was always scarce. Instead of looking at the surface and saving money CD choose to spend big. Why? Maybe because we stockholders were paying for the equipment  for CD's new company? Maybe we put this mining engineer into a whole new business by paying for his machinery. At worst we made him a lot richer by throwing business his way because if he is only leasing this mining equipment I bet he is tapping on to the bill.
