In correspondence with NVS, I was advised that mgmt. would not being releasing any information as per legal advice while the Value Maximization process is still being conducted. The company is required by law to release their financials and reserves by the end of April as of now, a date has not been set, however they expect to release mid to late April. Other than these two items, the only news that we can expect in foreseeable future is an update or conclusion of the Value Maximization process. From the reply to my email, we need to have patinence, howver, this is not one of my virtues. Personally, I have no idea if the bidding has been closed (no offer, rejected offer(s) or pending offer(s), but I believe our shares are totally undervalued by the market and hope mgmt. doesn't make any hasty decisions.
