I echo your remarks Luckythor, unfortunately, the term "valuation process" means so many things. The one kicker to this is the long and continued wait for long term shareholders if  no deal is brought forward. Oil companies see mergers, jv's, or even private placements to develop or aquire other properties, as a means to increase shareholder value. Sadly what they are telling you is "wait for many many more years". Ive been holding this company for over 2 years...basically making 0.05% in capital gains. When does the shareholder value part kick in? i just dont trust the markets anymore sadly.
