RVX knows all the disclosure rules and the fact they are not offering anything more than they have tells me that their counsel says "everything is cool". However Sarah has offered to take a call..you've talked to,them before...you can talk to,her again as you're the supplicant here. I'd make the call but we won't gain as much as if you allied. I'm not a guru in this space.
