RE: Century and Hormel - hello where are you

RE: Century and Hormel - hello where are you

You are the first here who address my concern regarding "cash burnout". This is my major concern here that the company runs out of cash before the European Food Safety Agency (EFSA) has even decided.

BTW, finally the EFSA has confirmed the receipt of this application ("rapeseed protein", Bioresco on behalf of Helm). See the link I have posted yesterday here.

Never heard about "Bioresco", but it seems to be a service company who does offers services like registrations of food additives, novel foods etc (google).

The deadline is indicated (12/07/2013) - can BioEXX survive until?  I heard from the tele-conference of November that the company has reduced all activities which are not required for the approval in Europe.

This seems to become a horse race between the approval and the cash burnout. And we probably will not know before July this year.

The EFSA webpage also indicates "negotiated deadline", whatever this means. I will ask my regulatory colleagues end of this week when we have a meeting what this means.
