Doesn't the company have to go into quiet mode for a certain period of time before Earnings, Or is that just for insider buys and sells? If they were concerned about the short interest in there stock,I would do everything in my power to issue a news release under a halt.So u gotta wonder if these shorts are friends or foe? lol
