RE: RE: melafind Q4

RE: RE: melafind Q4

something else to consider:

Melafind is $100 for the scaning per session of up to 5 moles that a Dermatologists suggests are highly suspicious for melanoma - each clinic could differ slightly but pls see this video as a reference (*note the very large probe head):

now consider the Aurascan's value proposition with the Verisante Aura:

-fast result in under a second per mole, possibly up to 40 moles scanned per visit
-likely a similar price relative to the patient but Aurascan covers the full skin cancer market already out of the gate, that's a potential target market thats 25X's larger then melafinds (only melanoma)
-little to no pre-skin preparation prior to the scan for the Aurascan
-narrow probe head that fits everywhere
-can be used /operated by a non-derm in approved markets with very very little training

I ask you this:

Would you rather pay $100 out of pocket to scan 5 moles for melanoma or pay approximately $100 for an Aurascan for the scanning of up to 40 moles for melanoma, bcc, scc or even AK with a device that has much higher accuracy as per the clinical study?

Just my personal thoughts - nothing more.

Interesting watching this all unfold.
