Doubt.

Doubt.

I do not understand the dicussion regarding doubt about proceeding, Both JV partners have stated its the largest diamond mine in the World under development, deBeers already invested over $200.000000. The enviorment study has gone well and about to be approved with no more questions to be asked of the developers. They need both the income and employment in the area and DeBeers have been praised for their good relations with the native peoples. The job for mine manager and other staff jobs have been posted in the local and national papers. Looking at the long list of investors on the instutional side  one would have to be impressed. Desmond and partners  do not invest $22,000,000  into a mine that is not proceeding and Patrick has taken a large position himself. My comments are not made to be arguementitive maybe I just see it in a brighter light.
