I posted the same links on another board, but since this is now my other major holding, thought I'd post them here as well, as they provide a pretty good reconciliation of the abysmal performance and current sentiment with what everybody who's still around must believe SHOULD be happening to gold and the gold stocks in the current global economic environment.

The chart is easy enough to reproduce on stockcharts as well. This is either the long-term bottom in an ongoing bull market or, if the trendlines break, then against all reason and sanity the paper printers have, for the first time in history, averted a debt crisis by increasing the amount of debt in the system.
