The taconites as of now are worth zero, as it doesn't matter how much low grade iron one has if the costs to get it are beyond what anyone is willing to pay. there is a reason these deposits have been known about but sittng idle since the 50's. One day when all iron on earth and the moon has been used up these trough deposits might come in play yet again, and that will be the time to invest imo ... around 2060 or so give or take a year or two. Now I figure the dso is worth about 80 million maybe on a good day and NML has about 20 % of that, so that's a 16 million market cap or about 9 cents a share = fair market value.
