RE: RE: NEW! What the NR does not say

If the latest news release does not have substance, I truly don't know what you are looking for.  This was for once a news release which actually talked about PROJECT FINANCING.  We are not talking about $1,000 or $10,000.....we are talking about over $1 Billion dollars.  I said it before on this board that with Tuktu coming into play and as much as it was a "good thing", it created more complexity in all of this.  Let's not kid ourselves that the Chinese love Tuktu and they want a piece of this.  You can throw the original framework agreement out the window as this is all being re-worked and I'm most certain that the financial structure of this deal is going to change as well.

Behr do you actually think that they sit around the board room table and say "hey let's come up with the next press release and see how creative we can be".  Remember any type of BS that you put out on a NR will come back to haunt you down the road (I'm talking legally).  Now I'm like everyone (including you Behr) where you want to see a JV signed.  I cannot dispute that as a decision that the project is moving forward removes all uncertaninty.
