I'd have to think the ability to do simultaneous mulitlingual communication is of value to those in the Customer Care Space as more sites offer IM assistance. StarTek seemed to think so.
Or on a soical site like Yappin. Some folks using Fantalk seem to like it. Middle Kingdom Studio's seems to think so, and their biggest client is China Mobile. You don't forsee the Ortsbo platform having anyhting to do with a massive social game rollout mentioned by MKS? Don't think a game developer wants to offer gamers the ability to connect no matter wheter they are on QQ or Renren?
