I don't think it is manipulators. It is our CEO who pulled the plug on anymore exploration back in January 2012 and now has to take out a 12% loan just to pay his salary.

 

Typically, a real CEO would have contingency plans for all different scenarios. Chet has decided to sit on his thumbs, collect his 50K a month salary and hope the phone rings... Even PG has lost faith and $1.35 million...
