RE: Volume today

RE: Volume today

"My bet would be in order for them to take on a meaningful position, they'll be buying into whatever financing deal comes later this spring."

In this environment, that would be my guess as well if the buyer was infact a fund (European or otherwise). The simple truth and hard reality is that institutional monies has not only dried up in the JR sector, they are no longer passive investors. For an institutional investor to get involved in any JR today (including RPM), they are no doubt going to take a more active role (ie: PP's and management influence) and for any institution to get involved in any JR PM concern in this environment is - confidence building. Its the exception now days as opposed to the general rule and note worthy for any investor. Given the special situation aspect with CDE, even If just a "passive" play on the pending lawsuit is "confidence" as to the outcome.
