now that the true position of pace is public knowledge, the boards can go back to the drawings table and reorganize their arrangements.... avf should get 1.5 x their shares... pace 1x and chx .10.....

the share price of pace is only held up because of potential merger with avf money.... had they been on their own without a merger this type of news following their splendid year 2012  would have probably drive to sh price in the low 1.00....and all severance packages should be in options... since the management is so adamant that this is the way to go and that it would be so successfull... let them put their money where their mouths are
