UBS shorting?

UBS shorting?

Going all the way back to 2009 UBS back then bought about 1 million shares at an average .70 and then over the course of the following year sold those for average of .64. since then and until recently UBS 0 trades. In the last few weeks UBS has sold over 1.6 million shares average of .37 with 0 purchases. Not sure where they are getting these shares they are selling but sure looks like shorting perhaps even naked shorting to me.

That said, why in the world would anyone want to sell at this level shares in a company that has technology with the potential to turn the worlds garbage into energy?
