RE: RE: Our New Company

RE: RE: Our New CompanyHT, for a change you're quite rationale.....and I agree with the scenarios but also agree with others in wondering how exactly this creates shareholder value for existing parent company investors......I have long not been a McRae fan, but this just cements my dislike as any way I cut it, this decision essentially cuts my stake of Urocidin down with no input from me...newco can pretty much dilute Urocidin stake to zilch, and we're left holding the empty bag.....Of all decisions on HH that I had in mind, this is the one I feared most and hoped McRae would not action on....had he actually cared about existing shareholders, he would have spun the newco out and gave share for share to existings so existings still have a direct stake and say in Urocidin activities and windfalls when they occur.....now we have no control, must absorb a separate layer of overhead prior to any profits coming back to us and the likelihood that any decision that effects newco does not need parent shareholder approval....>
