It was a tsn turning point IMO for mira and exactly on the day I was expecting something material to change in Mira's trading. I'll assume the one material piece needed to secure financing was complete. Until then nothing was going to happen.
Who knows with financing news that might be the trigger for that buyout @ the price closer to the ones all the longs were speculating about
