With all this talk of( settle the dispute}  Has anyone considered the fact that these companies will never work

together in a joint venture situation,.Its gone way to far for that.When the trust is gone its gone and nothing

will change the way that both managements feel about eachother.I hope the judge will force Tuo to return

the money to AMK that they can prove was spent on proper exploration expenses Thats the only way to move

this property forward.Management on either side will not work together they buried the hatchets way too deep.
