From the news release....

"Management is also exploring various options, such as a special dividend, for the distribution of a portion of the shares it receives from the Yappn sale to Intertainment shareholders"

This potentially makes 2 special dividends to shareholders...Yappn and Ortsbo. Also, INT will control 60% of the shares it receives from the new Yappn Corp. and will be listed on OTCBB..
