I was thinking the same.  It would be nice to know where things stand with the Sale of that property. I too, am sitting at just over 550.  I am thinking tho if the SP is still in this range in another week, might just go another 500K. Either way, lets hope the sale happens soon.  Be nice to see a little SP movement here.
