RE: plesk description Don't worry about what Plesk Corp does. I believe it is really just the actual vehicle/ structure that is of importance. It appears to be a nice quick way to do the deal into the US with a clean shell. It wouldn't matter if Plesk made Cuzin Woolie bobble head dolls - hopefully this deal closes and is up and running fairly quickly. Good times ahead!
