The   first  oil  weighted  acquisition  target   is   SGY (Surge  Energy) .

T.SGY   is  the  most  undervalued  oil  weighted  player  NOW  in  North  AMerica.

Check some  articles   in  Yahoo/finance   under  the  ZPTAF   ticker   to  confirm it.
