Let's keep in mind that...

Let's keep in mind that...

The "due process" in dealing with the request for an easement, (business plan of a big corporation) does not supersede the fed government's need to move the whole project along in an environmentally desirable manner...it does not force the gov to wait for a corporation to win a legal case against another corporation, when it (the Fed Gov) already has the best possible solution which has the potential to accomodate all parties involved...IMHO the commish has been informed behind closed doors (or she has already concluded on her own) that this legal decision (precedent) might possibly serve in future cases, but it will be "moot" as it relates to the transportation issue which faces the ROF.

The Fed or Prov govs cannot prioritize the benefit of the one over the benefit of the many as well as the benefit to the country's economy...Cliffs forgot that they are not bigger than the "generalis populatio"...

I am not surprised that they negotiated with McGuinty and his cronies..."birds of a feather" you know...what shocks me is that McGuinty had handlers and researchers that advised him on all the poor decisions that have been made in the last few years...simply amazing!!!

Good luck to all KWG longs
