This is the exact same thing. You are making a distinction without a difference and in fact just proved my point. Thanks. This is a housing bubble caused by 1% money. The masses are being priced out. 

Your response to Peter Schiff is an ad hominem attack. He correctly predicted the 08 crash. That's a heck of a lot better than you've ever done.

 

I'm shocked that you are a Volta investor with this logic. I'd expect you to be long Facebook and the SPY. It seems you have stumbled onto this company with some weird reasoning. Lucky for you.
