"Most is spec buyers with money"

=================

Abc

 I do not disagree with you that alot of new house sales is spec and funds.. I stated such.. funds and specs do not use new lumber to buy houses.. and new lumber sales and companies making lumber are on a huge up rise... so ask yourself why? If this continues .. this is a sign new house building is more than just funds and specs,..

This is the exact same thing. You are making a distinction without a difference and in fact just proved my point. Thanks. This is a housing bubble caused by 1% money. The masses are being priced out.

Your response to Peter Schiff is an ad hominem attack. He correctly predicted the 08 crash. That's a heck of a lot better than you've ever done.

===============

Like I said Peter and others who make these claims year and year .. and I can copy and  paste people and Peter included saying gold was going to 3,000 .. like 2 years ago.. just 6-8 months ago we were suppose to be 2000 by Christmas... then you have the other side saying 1,000 .. so eventually someone will be right ..

I'm shocked that you are a Volta investor with this logic. I'd expect you to be long Facebook and the SPY. It seems you have stumbled onto this company with some weird reasoning. Lucky for you.

=================

Shocking that it maybe I have been here and invested in VTR  I am guess allot longer than you.. I don't mind debating my point and I understand that not everyone thinks the same way... and you should maybe understand this as well you can have a very profession debate and state you opinion but  if you feel it is appropriate to prove or discuss your point with sarcasms or in fact you feel to prove to the board you are right or better than me or anyone else.. to me that is a very Bullish sign indeed .. because when  a stock starts to run these BB's start to load up with idiots... up till now this VTR BB has been a great secure of information and actually much fun to be a part of.. like telling you where to find insider trading info.. you would think a person with such knowledge of the market would know how to find that.. (yes that is sarcasm)

So I see it is important for you to be right so not to start the usual BB flame wars I will publicly state you are 100% right and I am 100% wrong.. so I hope this helps...
