Woulfe $10 Million Convertible Debt Offering

Does anyone on the message board know if the company cancelled the $10 million convertible debt offering? Now that IMC has extended the $5 million loan and given Woulfe Mining an additional $5 million in credit.

The $10 million dollar convertible debt offering should be cancelled. The company promised to stop diluting the shareholders over 100 million shares ago. The last thing Woulfe Mining needs right now is a new CEO to come in and demand some outrageous compensation package.
