Have you spoken with the new CEO of NovaDX? He ONLY took the assigment after meeting with Nolan, conversion of the coal stream to equity, a quick loan from SND to acquire assets quickly and cheaply to get Rex1 mine into production. 

SND has taken BOLD steps to get NovaDX back on track and healthy financially. I spoke for an hour with the incoming CEO, Dan Roling, and I will participate in Dan's forthcoming private placement. - I'm putting my money where my mouth is. 

I think you should study more before you start trashing companies.
