curious about ...

curious about ...

im curious about the many potentially positive aspects of building the sga plant in halifax...would corporate taxes be more friendly? would it be a more business friendly legislative environment ?  better access to resources? can we then be listed as a non quebec company or can it be structured in such a way that the sga facility is a separate business so to speak if it is registered in halifax? would the govt in nova scotia be more amenable than say the govt in quebec to helping fund sga? i think the sga facility will end up being north of 800 million dollars...by going to halifax, or at least the consideration of it, would it induce the caisse or others to fight to keep orbite in quebec?

seems to me, barging the clay would not be a very expensive proposition at all.
