Poor SHINY...

Poor SHINY...

Don't really want to respond to this dribble, but, as usual, the SHINY Fact sheet is WRONG. You can repost my words if you like. I said way back during the takeover hu-bub that in my investing experience with take outs ( had 3 in 18 months) the premium is at a minimum of 50% to be considered by the firm being approached. Now, off this topic, VPP took 37%, which I applaud IAE for getting. I'm sure VPP wanted more, but so it goes.

Back to Crazy Shine... What I said was . . . IMHO ( try and understand this, Doofus) that with IAE @ the $3 with Takeout talks going on behind the scenes, I would THINK that IAE would sell for the $4.25-4.50 range. Obviously, IAE thought all talks about offers were LOW, so they balked, now moving forward with the VPP deal (that will DOUBLE production upon signing), making a WAY BETTER TAKEOUT TARGET going forward (as IAN himself implied).

IAE wil get there. SHINY will not. WHY?  Because before it happens, some one will drop a house on him. ...And his little dog too!!

As to TRYING to act cool. There is no TRY . . .Be COOL or be SHINY... I choose the former.

The SHINY FACTOR is in effect!  SLAP,SLAP,SLAAAAAAAAP!!!!

Best GOLONG
