RE: ceasarsreport PDAC2013

Yup Ceasars Report said it right "excellent project can be ruined by bad decisions". I hope they actaully did that presentation at PDAC.

With 53% increase in shares outstandings (dilution) in 24 months, that was also a 70% depreciated share price in that same period!

The share price definately slapped Chris Berlet and his amigos in the face over the years. But who cares if we are paying 15% interest on the loan, right Mr Chadder? Even a college student can get a better interest rate!

AIA merger would by far be the worst decision for the company. I highly doubt AIA shareholders would agree to be issued shares that worth less than their sp (even with 2.2:1). seems like their managment are just as incompetent.

I'm a true believer in organic growth, and nwm has so much potential in mexico. Thats why I keep iterating to focus on Lluvia. They figured out everything about mining soft rock and processing that ore. Maverick is hard rock mining and is a different (and more expensive) ball game. I don't care if it comes with a rusted out mill, too much money up front will be required to get it churning. Stick with Lluvia-Jojoba, do a $5-7 mil buy back, expand reserves and sell the company outright. I'm sure there is interest. Mexico is a hot place for mining right now.
