Hard cash value is about $1.95 per share.

50 % upside on that is close to $3 per share which gets Second City almost into the black for their 2011 private placement of $3 per share.

 

Its also worth pointing out that valuation multiples are moving back to norms, as the US and Canadian economies get back on track.e

 

This is encouraging the return of retail investors which are already driving up volumes traded.

 

In other words, upside here could be well above $3 per share and perhaps as high as $4 if the RTO business is above average quality.

They certainly have had long enough time to make sure that is the case.
