I was also disappointed that they still did not announce an increased pipeline volume allocation agreement with Agip based on installation (during maintenance) of bigger pumps at the expense of Umusadege partners.  They must have decided against it thinking that bigger pumps would just cause more oil to squirt out of all the holes in the pipe.
