You post the same garbage over and over again.  We've gone throught the permitting process before and you use the stupid Baffinland example where plans changed many times...hence permitting process gets delayed.   Get the plan right once and submit once.  If they would have submitted last year, the plans would have already changed and amemdments would have been needed already....Hey if it's 2019 at least there is a mine...
