Who is Rick Rule?..I,ve never heard of him..I would suggest investers do their own home work. This particular Co.           SGR..is way undervalued, dont forget they just raised 50million,and in this market and being a small cap that has to tell  you a lot . but if you have to put your money on some guy who tells you its a worthless company. without any  facts to back him .then you will be the looser.
