As of Dec 2012 they indicate that they had $100m in debt and $70m in cash. A Reuters report dated Mar 2/13 gives a debt/equity ratio of something like 0.09.  That is small for an oil company with a market cap of over $2B.  Their net profit margin was noted as 16.7% whereas someone like a CPG shows 11.5% or Cenovus at 5.9%.
