RE: who cares about promotion Seriously dreamingbig, you actually think that Opel sent 20 companies an unfinished product to look over?
You believe fairchij, I still don't know his relationship with Opel if he's just a shareholder or if his relationship goes deeper than that, but you honestly think that their going to have an auction for POET? Seriously?
Could you name another situation when there was an auction for a new technology? Just name one if you could that had global blue chip companies vying for a new technology. I would be very interested to compare it to fairchij's spin about a POET auction. JMO
Fairchij last night that he suggested that about 20 companies prior to the end of January had been provided with POET chip for testing purposes. As part of the OPL Corporate Presentation on page 14 their is a list of the top 10 semiconductor companies and it lists the R & D monies spent the prior year. The top 10 represent almost 26 Billion dollars. Consider for a moment that all 10 companies cut their R & D by 20% and all decided to take part in an Auction and commit those funds to acquiring rights to POET. That 20 % translates into over $5 billion dollars. This does not take into account either the military applications or the Fab applications. This scenerio seems quite reasonable to me. I look forward to seeing Atomic in action. GLTA longs.
