More dead than alive

More dead than alive

What can be learned from this project, which looked very good some time ago.

If the Management consists of persons with excellent expertise but obviously not enough experiences to do projects in Africa and very little experiences with governments who are obviously not supporting developers in their country, than its time to work together or to close the books soon. The result is that the small investors are scared in the future and the big ones request a lot before they come. Unfortunately it seems that this is what the countries in Africa are longing for. I would wish them a much more positive future.
