Waterflood 2014

Waterflood 2014

Consider this possibility.  Late 2014 up to 80% of current rates of production could come from waterflood with a 5% decline!  42 wells maybe at 100 b/d guestimate or 4200 b/d. You have to be a pretty irrational disgruntled shareholder to sell at these levels as this company will be totally transformed by late 2014. And all for as little $42 million of their $136 mln cap ex this year. Next year nothing on those wells just watch the pressure grow.

cheers
