Pres Obama will approve the pipeline.  His left wing buddies already know that.  Too much of a chance Canada will make a deal with China and the oil from the north will go elsewhere.  He is imo not that stupid!

No question that the in situ heating of the oil sands to extract the oil is better environmetally.  It also sucks up huge NG production.  Basically you use cheaper NG to make more valued oil.  BXE will have higher NG prices, no question about it.
