In that case piperman, I guess we need to see something by this Friday as 30 days prior to the AGM April 16 would be Sunday.

 

Would that include any nominations by the dissident group?  I'm assuming it would, so I hope to see something prior to Friday at least on the AGM front to see what choices shareholders have in case the numbers aren't what we have been lead to expect.  JMO
