Thus you find it hard to accept that anyone would sell at this time for purely investment reasons.
What you need to take on board is that no jury case is ever a slam dunk no matter how strong a case may appear on paper going through the court room door. Therefore a lot of holders have held on hoping for a settlement pop but the closer it gets to trial without that happening the more litigation risk becomes a concern to them and they bail out.
This is still a risky punt and some of us are prepared to see it through but others for perfectly valid reasons will move on.
