I did work for this company and know how they operate, their successes (few) and their failures (many). Every plant is run by frenchmen, most struggle with english. This is all this company hires and most have not the qualifications to run a handsaw let alone an entire plant. If you are aware of the poor progress they are making with their upgrades (unbelievablely slow) this is all due to incompitant management, from planning to finish. They need to clear out the deadheads and hire real managers, they are worth every penny. Then this company will be successful without having to bank on a week Canadian dollar and high lumber prices.
