RE: I was wrong. Thimsyrag...you realize that the share price of COS is directly proportional to the market price of Syncrude synthetic (and ultimately WTI).
For COS to reach $12/share, WTI would essentially have to be fetching roughly $45/barrel without any sign of a near term recovery. For this to happen, there would have to be a global economic calamity or the discovery of an alternative to oil that is just as cheap to produce and releases no CO2 into the atmosphere. Which of these two scenarios do you see unfolding over the next year?
