That is wishful thinking indeed because block 13 has been mired in controversy for a couple of years now and Exxon chose to gain operatorship in that block instead of 1711.

STT you need to write a letter to EXXON and all the majors who had visted the data room that ENG had opened....seems like anyone who visited the data room doesn't know about the potential at all or they are just waiting for the current licence to expire.

Lots of past posts "talking about the tight hole status affecting a new operator to sign on......just think about it and give your heads a shake......A company interested in joining 1711 visits the data room that ENG had opened and Jeff says......oh sorry we dont have any data because of the tight hole policy and the russian want to be carried now won't give us any info.???????

But hey do you still  want to sign on????

How ludicrious is that???

Well I guess that if a data room was opened with no data to show anyone...that could explain why no one wants to sign up! LOL
