Any stock down 90 percent is an obvious pump and dump. BBD .B was a pump and dump about 13 to 15 years ago. Now 4 think it went to about 26. Over pumped by the brokerage industry but a real business Real question with any stock is trying to figure out if somebody pumps in enough money on the buy side to run the shares up and then pulls the plug with massive sell orders all the while knowing there was never any fundamental value behind the company in the first place. Pump and dump unto itself is just a stock sold off
