The Company covers over 75,000 gross (45,000 net) acres in Kaybob.

The flow rate is crucial, yes, but so is the pool size. If they pull in anywhere near Yatay-like flow rates, it'll be worth a pretty penny to PDQ, whose enterprise value is only about $25M. Don't forget there is a 23% x-factor to be accounted for in calculations.
