RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: Job at ODIS? @oogee, hey I'm not gonna call you names as I'm not that immature, my question was whether this dissemination of non-public information including the audio recording, which I can't find on their website and the minutes of their Toronto Meeting which is also not on the company website, is being condoned by the company by allowing an Anonymous poster to spread speculative information to the public?
Is this being done by fairchij on his own accord, or does the company consent to him doing so, in essence is this what the company wants?
You see oogee, if the company wanted to, they could've just done a conference call, or something of a more public venue for all shareholders to see or hear, and prior to it, they would need to by law show the disclaimer that information included is should not be relied upon as it is highly speculative in nature.
Funny, but I don't see fairchij and yourself emphasizing this disclaimer, which if coming directly from a publicly listed company would have to be highlighted.
Kind of like the IIROC halt in Opel when they needed to emphasize that the Pelligrino report was highly speculative in nature and that anything said about the outcome of POET may never happen.
You understand what I'm saying oogee. JMO
